If you already tattoo lips and have healed work of your own, but deep, cool or previously worked lips still catch you out, the 2-day advanced lip neutralisation workshop. $3,800 inc GST, no kit supplied.

None at all. Most people who sit this course have never held a cosmetic tattoo machine. The three days are built for that starting point, and small groups mean Stephanie can teach you rather than teach to an average.

Included. Neutralisation theory and a real neutralisation case are both part of the three days. The advanced workshop exists for artists who want to go much deeper on the hardest cases, not because the fundamentals were withheld.

Plenty of artists do, usually with some months of client work in between so the advanced content lands on real experience rather than on theory. Mention it on your call and Stephanie will suggest the right gap for you.

They run across the week rather than three days back to back. It gives the theory time to settle and lets you see the first stages of healing on your own model before the course ends.

Small, deliberately. Intake sizes are kept low enough that Stephanie can stand beside every person while they work and correct depth and pressure in the moment. That is the whole reason the results come out the way they do, so intakes close quickly.

Advanced workshop: your own machine, cartridges and pigment line, plus photos of healed work you would like reviewed.

A professional tattoo machine, 8 lip colour pigments, a colour wheel, mapping tool essentials and a full set of disposables for running procedures. It is a working kit, not a sample bag.

It is a straightforward count of procedures. The pigments, cartridges and disposables in the kit support a set number of full lip appointments, and at standard Melbourne lip blush pricing those appointments come to as much as $9,000 in revenue before you reorder anything. Your own pricing and how heavily you use consumables will move that number, but the point stands: the kit alone can cover the course and leave you ahead.

Included. The price is inclusive of GST and inclusive of the kit. There is no shopping list emailed to you two weeks later.

Because you already have one. Advanced students bring their own machine and pigment line, and part of the workshop is learning to build correction mixes from the products you already own rather than from a palette you would have to buy.

Stephanie will give you her supplier list on the final day, including what she buys and what she avoids. It is one of the more useful hours of the course and it is not something you can look up.

Payment plans can be arranged. Raise it on your call and Stephanie will walk you through the options and the deposit that holds your seat.

A deposit holds your seat and the balance is settled before your first training day. Because intakes are small, seats are allocated in the order deposits come in.

Deposits secure a seat that is then closed to everyone else, and models are booked around your intake, so deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling into a later intake is usually possible with reasonable notice. Stephanie will confirm the exact terms with you before you pay anything.

Yes, on both courses. It is an extra model session with Stephanie at a later date, once you have some real clients behind you and know what you are actually struggling with.

Her reasoning: the questions rarely come on the day of training. They come weeks later, when you are alone in your own room with a client whose lips do not look like anything from the course. That is when the session is worth having, so that is when it is scheduled. It is free for beginners graduates and included in the advanced workshop.
