Meet your educator
Stephanie
Nguyen
Founder of Beauty Concierge Melbourne. Sixteen years in the industry, more than two thousand procedures, and still in the chair with clients every week.
Her story
She teaches lips because
she never stopped doing them.
Most cosmetic tattoo educators stop taking clients the moment training becomes the better business. Stephanie did the opposite. Beauty Concierge Melbourne is still a working studio, five stars, booked out, and the Academy grew out of it because artists kept asking how the neutralisation work was being done.
That matters more than it sounds. Everything taught in these courses was tested on a paying client first. The colour formulas, the session planning, the way a difficult consult is handled, the aftercare that actually gets followed: none of it is theory borrowed from someone else's curriculum. It is what is working in her chair this month.
Her focus is the work that scares other artists. Deep melanin lips, grey and blue undertone, faded and migrated pigment from somebody else's machine. The results in the gallery are healed, some sitting at four years and still holding, because neutralisation done properly is a slow, deliberate build rather than a single dramatic before-and-after.
And when the training days end, she stays reachable. Read her reviews and the same thing comes up in almost every one: graduates still message her, and she still answers.
How she teaches
Small groups,
real correction.
Intakes are kept small on purpose. It is the only way an educator can stand beside you and correct depth and pressure while it is happening, which is the moment a habit either sets in or does not.
- ✦ Nothing is held back to be sold later as an advanced module
- ✦ Colour theory is drilled until you can call an undertone out loud
- ✦ You work on live models, not only latex
- ✦ Pricing and getting booked is taught, because skill alone does not pay rent
- ✦ Mentoring access continues after the certificate
Talk to her before you decide.
Fifteen minutes, no sales script. She will tell you honestly which course is the right spend for where you are now.

The Academy is the teaching side. The salon in Malvern East is where Stephanie still works on clients: cosmetic tattooing, lip blush, brows, electrolysis and skin treatments.
Looking to book a treatment rather than train? The salon site handles all of that.
